FBI Director James Comey’s announcement that the bureau would no longer be carrying out any press inquiries about its investigations into the Clinton Foundation is going to impact the news.
Comey announced the news on his first day in the job, but it has been the subject of much criticism.
The New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, BuzzFeed, and others have been critical of Comey’s decision to stop investigating Clinton for potential crimes.
And while the decision to end the probe is still in effect, Comey’s abrupt announcement has given Trump’s opponents a new avenue to attack the FBI.
The FBI will be unable to investigate Trump and his team.
If Trump wins the presidency, Trump will be the first president to be impeached and the first one to be removed from office.
