The telegraph operator has a problem with data rates and can’t seem to keep up with the internet demand.
So they’ve turned to a solution: an app that lets you use your phone as a modem, with a few taps.
“The internet is our way of connecting with our friends and family, and that’s the way the internet works,” said James Gorman, the company’s communications manager.
With the app, the operator can send out a text message, receive a call, stream videos, listen to music, and even record and send photos.
It works by letting users connect to a phone’s modem and turn it on.
After connecting, they can access the internet from any device.
The app has its problems, though.
While the app works well, it can sometimes take hours or days to get to a certain website.
There’s no way to delete the app.
And if the app is overloaded, you can’t get a connection.
Still, it’s a lot of fun, Gorman said.
You can even get an invite to the operator’s annual conference if you sign up for the service.
